Vehicle Strip/Fitter Grimsby (DN31) | £16.75 per hour | 4 on 4 off | Temp to Perm after 12 weeks GI Group Humber are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Strip/Fitter on behalf of our client based in the Grimsby DN31 area. Pay & Hours Pay rate: £16.75 per hour Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off Working hours: 06:00 - 18:00 12-week temp to perm opportunity (subject to performance and attendance) Key Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Dismantling and reassembly of vehicles, including removing and replacing panels, door handles, bumpers, lights and interior trim Handling minor mechanical, electrical and trim components during the strip and refit process Component care - organising, labelling and storing parts accurately to ensure efficient and correct reassembly Working to set procedures and standards to ensure quality and safety at all times Requirements Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 2 years Aged 22 years or over 0 points or endorsements on licence (up to 3 points may be accepted, subject to endorsement code) Previous experience as a Vehicle Strip/Fitter or similar bodyshop role is essential (client requirement) Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and processes Reliable, punctual and able to work the 4 on 4 off rotation Benefits Competitive pay rate of £16.75 per hour Temp to perm opportunity after 12 weeks Ongoing work with a reputable automotive client Supportive, friendly team environment Lifestyle vouchers and discounts (subject to qualifying criteria) How to Apply Apply now - we want to hear from you!
