Project Coordinator – Boutique Event Agency Location: Leicestershire (Midlands) – Hybrid (2 days a week in-office) Salary: £28,000 + Clear Career Development Path Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time I am delighted to be partnering with a brilliant, growing SME event agency based in Leicestershire to help them find their next Project Coordinator . This is a hands-on, fast-paced coordinator role designed for someone relatively early in their events career who wants to stop watching from the side-lines, get stuck in, and genuinely progress. You’ll be working directly alongside incredibly talented Project Managers and Producers, supporting them across the full lifecycle of premium corporate events. Event Lifecycle Support: Delegate Management: Keeping registration data spotless and managing attendee communications. Logistics & Print: Coordinating event collateral, shipping schedules, and keeping timelines on track. On-Site Delivery: Getting out there on-site to help bring premium corporate events to life. We need someone with an events or event operations background . If you already have agency experience, that’s fantastic, but it is not essential —what matters most is that you understand the pace of the events world. The "Extra 1%" Attitude: You do things properly because you genuinely care about the quality of the output, not because you were asked twice.
