Job Description Employment Solicitor – Locum, 2+ Years’ PQE, London / Hybrid, 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract, Circa £35 Per Hour. An excellent opportunity for an immediately available Employment Solicitor to join a reputable organisation on a six month fixed-term basis, supporting an increased workload. Job Ref: 5442 /n •Manage a varied caseload of employment claims and litigation on behalf of members, providing high-quality legal advice and representation throughout each matter. /n •Represent clients before Employment Tribunals, courts, internal hearings and other dispute resolution procedures, undertaking advocacy where appropriate. /n •Provide legal representation and advice to members appearing before relevant regulatory bodies. /n •Support regional colleagues by providing practical employment law advice and guidance on complex issues. /n •Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 2+ years' PQE and proven experience in employment law, case management and litigation. /n •Strong analytical, communication, advocacy and negotiation skills are essential, together with the ability to produce clear and accurate legal documentation. /n •Experience in related areas, such as personal injury claims, would be advantageous. /n •On offer is flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home 1–2 days per week, alongside a competitive rate of circa £35 per hour. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
