Administrator Southside Edinburgh Temporary (3–6 Months) | Potential to Go Permanent | 4 or 5 Days Per Week Peace Recruitment is currently looking to speak with experienced Administrators on behalf of a well-established construction business based in Southside Edinburgh. This opportunity will initially be offered on a 3–6 month temporary basis, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right person. The business can also offer flexibility around working either 4 or 5 days per week. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and supportive team within a growing construction environment where you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business. The Role As Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support across the business, ensuring operations run efficiently while supporting both office and project teams. Key Responsibilities * Providing general administration support across the business * Managing inboxes, phones, and correspondence * Assisting with document preparation, filing, and data entry * Maintaining and updating records and databases * Supporting project and site teams with administration duties * Handling ad-hoc administration tasks as required About You * Previous administration experience within construction or a similar fast-paced environment * Strong organisational and time management skills * Excellent attention to detail * Confident communicator with a professional manner * Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Positive, proactive, and able to work well within a team environment What’s on Offer * Flexible working pattern – 4 or 5 days per week * Opportunity to join a well-established construction business * Potential for the role to become permanent * Friendly and supportive working environment
