Based at the company's Manchester head office, this office-based role offers a salary of up to £30,000 and is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving problems and helping customers. You will join a friendly, growing engineering and customer service team, providing first-class support on colour tinting equipment, with full training on products and systems from day one.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide telephone and ticket-based support for tinting machine issues, from mechanical breakdowns to software faults
• Pick up calls promptly and resolve queries within agreed service levels, prioritising full breakdowns
• Uphold excellent customer service standards in every interaction
• Work closely with colleagues across the business to meet shared goals
• Support wider projects and tasks as needed

What Experience is Required

• Experience providing technical customer support, ideally within Engineering.
• Customer service experience within engineering or a prestige product environment
