Shift Leader

Job Title: Shift Leader (M&E) Location: Oxford Street, London Salary: £55,000 per annum Working Hours: 4 On, 4 Off Days & Nights (7:00am7:00pm / 7:00pm7:00am) An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Shift Leader to join the engineering team at a flagship retail site in Central London.

This role is based within a large, high-profile commercial environment, working as part of a well-established engineering team responsible for maintaining a complex and busy building.

The Role: Leading a shift team delivering maintenance across M&E systems.

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.

Supporting electrical and mechanical systems across the site.

Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards.

Working closely with the Shift Manager, engineers and wider site team.

Assisting with day-to-day operations and technical support on shift.

The Team: Large on-site engineering team (up to 27 engineers).

Shift team of 6 including Shift Manager, engineers and support staff.

Package: £55,000 basic salary 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (days and nights) 23 shift days annual leave Overtime available at x1.75 6%8% pension contribution Private medical and life cover Sick pay Employee rewards programme Ongoing training and progression opportunities Requirements: Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).

Experience within building services or commercial maintenance environments.

Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role desirable.
