Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for an Asset Manager to provide be responsible for the day-to-day programme and project management, on a permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Asset Manager:
Provide effective and strong leadership to the services and teams
Ensure contractors plan, programme and complete works in accordance with agreed specifications
Manage project works and programmes as detailed to ensure works are completed on time, within budget and to specification
Assist with the management of tenants and leaseholder alteration requests
Monitor contractors' performance against agreed targets
Produce work schedules and specifications
Assist, review and monitor budgets
Monitor Health and Safety on all projects
Manage and resolve complaints
Essential Requirements of the Asset Manager:
A relevant professional qualification
Full UK Driving Licence
