Backed by a modern tech stack (Claude Code, Snowflake, Figma and Zapier) and a commitment to adopting new tools in days rather than quarters, you get complete ownership to do the most impactful work of your career.What you will be doingSolve complex problems with software that is reliable, well tested, resilient and observableDevelop, test, deploy and own Python microservices that deliver real business and user valueShape architectural decisions so systems scale without becoming harder to changeLift code quality across the team through reviews and clear, well-documented codeShip outcomes as part of a product team, working closely with engineers and Product ManagersImprove how the team works and influence the direction of its strategyWhat you will need to be successfulBackend and cloud microservices - A proven track record building and maintaining backend systems and cloud microservices. Our stack is Python, but strong experience in another language works too!Strong fundamentals - Data structures, algorithms and object-oriented programming, applied rather than recitedDelivery discipline - Comfortable with testing frameworks, debugging, refactoring, version control and CI/CD pipelinesData fluency - A working understanding of SQL and document databasesOwnership at pace - You work independently, take business and product ownership and keep moving when requirements evolveYou work AI-first - You will use AI daily here, and we mean daily. You do not need to arrive an expert, but you do need to arrive curious, experiment fast, and take ownership of getting good quickly.
