About the Opportunity
We're recruiting on behalf of an established and growing IT solutions provider that takes a consultative approach to helping organisations achieve their technology goals. Rather than simply selling products, the business partners closely with customers to design and deliver tailored cloud, on-premise, and hybrid IT solutions that drive long-term success.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a high-performing commercial team, managing existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities across a diverse customer base.
The Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships while introducing innovative technology solutions that meet evolving business needs. Working alongside technical specialists and leading vendors, you'll deliver value-led solutions across a broad portfolio of IT services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of existing client accounts across multiple sectors.
Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
Work collaboratively with technical teams to design tailored IT solutions.
Promote a comprehensive portfolio including Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Hybrid Solutions, Data Protection, Networking, and Managed Services.
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.
Represent the business at customer meetings, vendor events, and networking opportunities.About You
Previous experience in an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager position within an MSP, VAR, or IT solutions provider.
Strong background selling IT solutions such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Connectivity, Data Protection, or Managed Services.
Proven ability to both grow existing accounts and win new business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Commercially driven with a consultative sales approach.
Motivated, organised, and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.What's on Offer
