Head of Manufacturing

A Head of Manufacturing is required by for a growing manufacturer based near Redditch. Operating in a regulated industry their engineered products are sold Internationally .

This is a functional leadership role responsible for setting & delivering production strategy & transforming operational capability .

The business is seeking someone who can build a lasting production capability that will allow the company to successfully achieve its realistic revenue growth plans.

The individual will work closely with the board & collaborate with "Heads of" Operations, Product Development, Procurement & Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement & production performance.

Leading on production automation & building a team in line with growth this is an exciting role for someone who enjoy leading operational & sustainable change within a regulated and quality critical environment .

The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role within a regulated industry such as Automotive, Aerospace or Engineering manufacturing engineered products.

They will have a track record of leading on production related projects such as automation, continuous improvement and operational transformation.

The package includes:
