A well-established and growing agency in East London is looking to appoint an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team.

This is a rare opportunity offering a strong earning potential without weekend working.

The Role

• Managing enquiries and progressing tenancies across an exclusive stock portfolio
• Conducting viewings and supporting applicants through to move-in
• Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the lettings process
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions

What’s on Offer

£25,000–£30,000 basic (£50,000–£60,000 OTE)

Monday to Friday only – no weekends

No driving licence required

About You

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Lettings Negotiator role

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Target-driven, professional, and well-organised

Good knowledge of the East London lettings market preferred
