Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional tone Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback Previous experience in customer service, preferably in retail or fashion Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools Flexible availability, including weekends or peak retail periods
