Full Time Class Teacher – Key Stage 3 Class Teacher Salary: Main Pay Scale 1 – 6 + SEN Allowance (£32,916-£45,342) + SEN £2,787 Are you a caring professional looking for a new challenge in a unique environment. We are looking for someone who can deliver highly person-centred education, supporting young people to develop the skills, confidence and independence they need for their next steps beyond school. You will have a commitment to planning and delivering engaging lessons and you will engage with a wide range of professionals, including therapists to ensure all pupils are reaching their full potential. You will hold responsibility for supporting and leading your team who will work towards person-centred planning for each individual pupil. Previous experience with supporting autistic pupils or teaching in an additional need’s environment is desirable however full training and support will be given.
