The Role As a Teacher of MFL, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will have the ability to teach either French, Spanish, or both languages, fostering a love of languages and cultural understanding among students. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality MFL lessons that engage and challenge learners. Teach French and/or Spanish across KS3 and KS4. Monitor, assess and track student progress effectively. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Contribute to departmental planning and academy-wide initiatives. Support students in achieving excellent academic outcomes. The Ideal Candidate Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related subject. Experience teaching French and/or Spanish within a secondary school setting. Strong classroom management skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. A commitment to raising standards and improving student outcomes.
