Service Supervisor - Full Time.

Give your administration skills a new challenge! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join our experienced team in our Mallusk Depot, to process bookings for plant service, inspections and repairs while contributing to our excellent levels of customer service. What you will do: Prioritise in house repair tasks to service team and advise sales staff on availability. Run routine service and repair reports. Ensure all service department procedures are followed, and all documentation is accurately completed and filed. Manage stores and parts requests efficiently to support depot operations. Demonstrate excellent customer service in terms of attitude and action. Answer customer queries via telephone and email, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained. Strong IT and administrative skills with a working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems. Resilience, dependability and a passion for providing a great service.
