The Role

This role focuses on managing and developing a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring high service levels while identifying opportunities to grow accounts through additional managed services and solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day relationships with assigned customer accounts
  • Support renewals and contract extensions
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Support account planning and customer reviews
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting
