Machine Operator

We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our team, with the opportunity to progress. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining production, quality, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: * Operate and monitor production machinery efficiently * Ensure all products meet required quality standards * Carry out basic quality checks, including first-off and last-off inspections * Follow and promote health & safety procedures on the shop floor * Report issues, escalate concerns, and support continuous improvement * Help train and support other operators as you progress What we’re looking for: * Previous machine operating experience (essential) * Good attention to detail with a strong focus on quality * Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player * Confident communicator with a willingness to learn What we offer: * Starting pay from £12.71 per hour * Training and development opportunities * Stable role within a growing manufacturing business To apply, please submit your CV and call (phone number removed)
