Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step into registration

to lead a brand-new childrens residential service in Gloucester. This is a rare opportunity to establish a high-quality home from the ground up and make a lasting impact on the lives of young people. We are looking for either: An experienced Ofsted Registered Manager who is ready to lead a new service, or A strong Deputy Manager with substantial childrens residential experience who is ready to step up into registration. You will play a key role in establishing the home environment, developing the team, embedding a positive culture and creating a safe, nurturing setting where young people with emotional and behavioural needs or learning difficulties can thrive. The home will care for a maximum of two children, allowing for highly personalised care, stronger relationships and meaningful outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to help furnish and personalise the home to reflect the individual needs of each young person. You will be supported by a strong leadership structure, including Deputy/Assistant Managers, Team Leaders and Support Workers, giving you the resources and support needed to establish and lead a high-quality service. You will receive comprehensive support from two Deputy Managers, our Responsible Individual Trevor, our Operational Lead Mimi, and our in-house Recruitment and Onboarding Team, ensuring full staffing without reliance on agency staff.
