MEP Project Director

MEP Project Director Central London £115,000 - £125,000 + Package A Tier 1 M&E contractor based in Central London is looking to appoint an experienced MEP Project Director to lead the delivery of high-value fit-out projects. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for the operational delivery of major ME&P schemes, typically valued at £15m+. You will be accountable for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while maintaining strong client relationships throughout. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale MEP projects from pre-construction through to practical completion Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget Oversee project performance, including cost control, programme management and quality Build and lead high-performing delivery teams Manage key stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally Drive continuous improvement across project processes and performanceRequirements: Proven experience delivering high-value MEP projects (£15m+) Strong leadership background managing large teams and complex programmes Track record of delivering projects from pre-construction through to completion Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills HNC / HND or equivalent in a relevant disciplineThis is an opportunity to join a leading contractor with a strong pipeline of work and play a key role in delivering flagship projects across London.
