Exclusive Opportunity – Finance Director – Nottinghamshire – 100k + Car + BonusDelighted to be partnering exclusively with a highly profitable manufacturing SME in Nottinghamshire to appoint its next Finance Director.Reporting directly to the MD, this is a hands-on leadership role offering the opportunity to take ownership of the finance function, influence board-level decisions and drive improvements in profitability, gross margin and cash conversion.Leading a finance team of five, you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash and treasury, tax, audit and financial controls.
