Job Title: Commercial Lawyer Advise clients on a broad range of commercial disputes, providing strategic, commercially focused legal solutions aligned with their business objectives Draft and review pleadings, witness statements, correspondence, settlement agreements, and other litigation documentation Advise on contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, debt recovery, and other commercial conflicts Work closely with clients to assess risk, protect commercial interests, and identify pragmatic resolutions to disputes Collaborate with consultants and specialists across the firm to deliver seamless, high-quality client service At Mezzle, our consultancy model works on an initial 70/30 split, allowing you to retain 70%, rising to 80% once the threshold is exceeded, while also benefiting from the expertise of our firm, including the infrastructure, compliance support, and resources of an established law firm.
