About the role
Young Nuclear Professionals' Forum (YNPF) offers a fully funded four-year PhD studentship based at Bangor University focusing on the design of advanced nuclear fuel systems.
Successful candidates will work on material design of chromium-based coatings, collaborate with Westinghouse Electric Company, and receive training support. Strong STEM qualifications are preferred, with a start date in October 2026.
