Hours : Monday to Friday 07:00am - 15:45pm

Are you hardworking, reliable, and ready for a physically demanding role? We are currently recruiting for a Brake Press Operator for our client, offering a permanent vacancy.

Key Responsibilities as a Brake Press Operator:

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Set up press brake machines with the correct tooling and dyes.
• Measure and mark metal materials.
• Operate the machine to bend metal to required specifications.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and follow safety procedures.

Requirements of a Brake Press Operative:

• On-the-job training or experience in metal fabrication
• Knowledge of metal fabrication processes
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
• Physically fit and comfortable with hard graft and manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well as part of a team
