Are you an organised and detail-oriented HR professional looking for your next opportunity?
Our client is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to join their People & Culture team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad HR experience within a growing business, supporting employees throughout the full employee lifecycle while contributing to key HR projects and operational activities. While this role is initially a contract position, there may be an opportunity for it to become permanent in the future.
The Role
As HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR function, ensuring efficient and accurate administration across all areas of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Managing employee lifecycle administration from onboarding through to offboarding.
* Preparing contracts, starter packs and onboarding documentation for new employees.
* Supporting leaver processes and associated administration.
* Assisting with payroll administration and maintaining accurate employee records.
* Supporting the implementation and rollout of the Intempus Time & Attendance system.
* Maintaining HR databases and personnel files.
* Responding to employee queries and providing HR administrative support.
* Assisting with HR reporting, compliance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
* Previous experience in an HR Administration, HR Coordinator or similar role.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* The ability to manage confidential information professionally.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience supporting payroll processes (desirable).
* Experience with Time & Attendance systems (advantageous)
