The team is expanding following new client wins and increased volumes of work, offering an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected practice undertaking meaningful, public protection focused regulatory work.The team is recognised for its expertise in advising professional regulators across sectors including health and social care, accountancy and education. You will be joining one of the largest and most established regulatory teams in the UK, working alongside solicitors, barristers, CILEX lawyers, paralegals and investigators.The RoleYou will undertake a varied and high quality caseload of regulatory investigations and litigation, contributing to complex and sensitive matters across the healthcare regulatory landscape.Your responsibilities will include:Assessing concerns raised and preparing detailed case plansAdvising on risk and whether interim orders are requiredOverseeing or conducting investigations, including interviewing witnesses and drafting statementsPreparing investigation reports and drafting allegationsKeeping clients and registrants updated throughout the processPreparing cases for hearings and working collaboratively with advocatesConducting regulatory litigation, including appeals and High Court applicationsProviding wider regulatory advice and contributing to policy developmentFull induction, training and ongoing support are provided.Candidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a lawyer with:Professional regulatory experience gained within a healthcare fitness to practise setting (essential)Previous case management experienceStrong technical expertise and analytical abilityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA collaborative, team focused approachStrong client care skills and the ability to manage your own caseloadHigh levels of self motivation and commitment to continuous developmentBenefitsThe firm offers:Competitive salary and benefits packageHybrid and flexible working arrangementsHigh quality training and career developmentSupportive, inclusive team cultureExposure to complex, meaningful regulatory workHow to ApplyFor a confidential discussion or to explore this opportunity further, please contact:Olivia Reed - Senior ConsultantEmail: : / The firm is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all suitably qualified candidates.
