They are looking for a Growth Lead based in London who will help to build a product that customers trust within a company built on AI. The main responsibilities for the Growth Lead in London are to grow the customer base in the company for product sales. You will own the growth function and build the rest of the team behind you. Requirements * Proven track record building demand from near-zero in a vertical or SMB B2B market, with clear, measurable contributions. * Comfortable selling a new, non-technical buyers. * Fast-moving, lean operator who takes initiative to solve problems as they arise. * Hands-on with AI/LLMs in your own work The salary for this Growth Lead role will be £60,000 - £110,000. The company is rapidly expanding and are at the forefront of their industry. They are looking to pay circa up to £110k along with an excellent benefits package.
