Key Responsibilities

Your role will include:

• Carrying out detailed property condition surveys across housing stock.

• Identifying defects, maintenance requirements and improvement works.

• Ensuring surveys and records are completed accurately and in line with relevant standards and procedures.

About You

Ideally, you will have previous experience working within a housing association, local authority or similar property environment and have a strong understanding of property condition, maintenance and refurbishment requirements.

You should have:

• Previous experience in a property surveying role.

• Experience surveying residential properties and identifying required works.

• A good understanding of building maintenance, defects and refurbishment.

• Strong attention to detail and accurate reporting skills.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• The ability to work independently while also working effectively with wider teams.
