9 to 12 month FTC Team Assistant – Leadership Office (Maternity Cover)

Our client is a global firm of architects based in the heart of the city who are very close to Liverpool Street Station. They are looking for an organised, proactive Administrator to support Senior Leaders during a maternity cover FTC. You’ll manage busy calendars, coordinate meetings and travel across time zones, and act as a polished first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Key duties:

• Complex diary and meeting management
• International travel and visa coordination
• Document production and vendor coordination
• Expenses, budgets and database maintenance
• Collaboration with admin teams and support for Firm‑wide events
• General Leadership Office support and contribution to office culture
• Reception support and client hosting

About you:

• 3+ years’ solid admin experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident with MS Office/Google Suite
• Experience with complex travel
• Architecture/engineering background would be desirable
• Global travel organsing exp needed
• Able to manage projects independently

The ideal candidate will be available ASAP and be able to commit to at least 12 months possibly longer
