About the role
RSE is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own HR delivery across a UK-wide workforce, based in Scotland with travel to sites across the UK. You will lead people-related activity, partner with leadership, and shape people experience and culture from the ground up.
You will advise managers on employee relations, performance, and engagement, develop HR strategies, and drive organisational change while ensuring compliance with employment law and reporting requirements.
