Programme Manager
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: Circa £65,000 per annum
The Position
We are recruiting an experienced Programme Manager to oversee the full delivery of large-scale POS and POP retail rollout programmes for a key multinational customer.
Sitting alongside the Head of Projects, you will take ownership of the client's entire programme of work. This is a senior position requiring strong commercial awareness, confident client management and extensive POS or POP experience.
Projects will cover retail, health and beauty, and cosmetics environments, progressing from the initial client brief through design, manufacture and final rollout.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of a major multinational customer account and its programme of work.
Oversee multiple POS and POP projects across the complete delivery cycle.
Act as the senior point of contact for the client, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Translate client requirements into clear project plans, timescales and deliverables.
Coordinate design, manufacturing, supply chain, installation and project teams.
Lead and support Project Managers working across different project workstreams.
Manage programme budgets, resources, risks and commercial performance.
Monitor delivery against agreed milestones, quality standards and client expectations.
Resolve programme-level issues, delays and operational challenges.
Provide clear progress updates to the client, Head of Projects and senior leadership team.
Identify opportunities to improve project delivery and strengthen the customer relationship.What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager within POS or POP.
A proven background delivering large-scale retail rollout programmes.
Experience managing projects for major or multinational customers.
Strong knowledge of POS and POP design, manufacturing and installation processes.
Excellent senior client and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to oversee multiple projects, priorities and delivery teams.
Strong commercial, budget and risk-management experience.
Confident leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.POS or POP industry experience is essential for this role.
