Electrical Project Manager

Electrical Project Manager with experience to lead the electrical delivery of a major new-build Science Park development in Bristol. This is a long term project with a duation of 5 years and will comprise multiple high-specification buildings, research facilities and laboratories As the Electrical Project Manager you will be reporting to the Senior Project Director, you will take ownership of the electrical package from pre-construction through to final handover, ensuring the successful management, coordination, and performance of specialist electrical subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious project manager looking to play a key role Electrical Project Manager Key Responsibilities * Manage the delivery of all electrical works across the Science Park development. * Coordinate and oversee multiple electrical subcontractors and specialist supply chain partners. * Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards. * Review and monitor subcontractor progress against programme milestones. * Lead project meetings, progress reviews, and coordination workshops. * Work closely with the client team, consultants, design managers, and main contractor. * Identify and manage project risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies. * Review technical submissions, drawings, specifications, and commissioning plans. * Monitor commercial performance and support the management of variations and change control. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and health & safety requirements. * Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and final project handover activities. * Produce regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
