Earthworks Supervisor - Coleshill (B46 1DP) £24.67 per hour PAYE Long‑term (6+ months Working for a leading civil engineering contractor on the HS2 earthworks & groundworks package. Key Duties: Supervising daily site operations and workforce activities Managing operatives and subcontractors Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme Leading site briefings, inductions, and toolbox talks Monitoring quality, compliance, and construction documentation Liaising with engineers, site management, and subcontractors Promoting strong health & safety culture across the siteRequirements: CSCS Gold Supervisory Card SSSTS (SMSTS advantageous) Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, General Foreman, or Civils Supervisor Experience in Groundworks, earthworks etc. Strong understanding of construction health & safety procedures Good communication and leadership skillsIf you are interested in this Earthworks Supervisor position based in Coleshill, B46 1DP, please apply and the team will be in touch.
