You will work closely with teachers to support learning in the classroom, help pupils reach their potential, and contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture. Key Responsibilities: Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons. Work with individuals or small groups of pupils to support learning. Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment. Support pupils' social and emotional development. Help prepare classroom materials and resources as required. We Are Looking For: Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting. Patience, empathy, and a positive, can-do attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
