Competitive Salary - Up to £48,000 Depending on Experience ·Monday to Friday Working Pattern ·Full-Time, Permanent Position ·Modern Workshop Environment ·Ongoing Training & Development ·Career Progression Opportunities As an Experienced Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing accident-damaged vehicles to a high standard, using your technical expertise to restore vehicles safely and efficiently. Working as part of an experienced bodyshop team, you'll undertake a variety of panel and structural repairs while ensuring every vehicle is completed to manufacturer and industry standards. Complete welding, metal finishing and panel preparation to a high standard ·Communicate additional damage and repair requirements to VDA/Estimators or Workshop Controllers ·Work closely with MET and Paint Technicians to ensure efficient vehicle progression ·Follow manufacturer repair methods, bodyshop quality standards and Health & Safety procedures ·Complete repairs within agreed production times while maintaining exceptional workmanship We're looking for an experienced and quality-focused Panel Beater who takes pride in their craftsmanship and has the technical ability to consistently deliver high-quality accident repairs. ·Proven experience as a Panel Beater or Panel Technician within an automotive accident repair bodyshop ·Experienced in structural repairs, welding and metal finishing ·Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship ·Able to work efficiently within a busy production environment ·Full UK Driving Licence preferred Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Vehicle Panel Technician / Automotive Panel Beater / Accident Repair Technician / Vehicle Body Repair Technician / Bodyshop Technician / Vehicle Repair Technician / Senior Panel Beater / Multi-Skilled Panel Technician / Automotive Body Repair Technician This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater to join a professional accident repair business offering up to £48,000 depending on experience, Monday to Friday working hours, and genuine long-term career development.
