The Role: Deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom where children feel safe, supported, and confident Observe, assess, and track children’s development, ensuring individual needs are met Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Maintain a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection, following all school policies and procedures About You: Qualified Early Years / Nursery Teacher (relevant qualification required) Passionate about early childhood development and learning through play Strong understanding of safeguarding and child welfare Excellent communication and teamwork skills Caring, patient, and enthusiastic with a child-centred approach Why Join The Grange School?
