TechnicalOfficerDealwithwrittenandoralenquiriesandcomplaintsrelatingtotheserviceprovidingdetailedresponsesandsolutions
TechnicalOfficerDeputisingformanagersatmeetingswhennecessary
RepresenttheCouncilatmeetingswithcontractorsandliaisewiththemonaday-to-daybasis.
ToassistthemanagerswiththefinancialandbudgetarycontroloftheBusinessUnit,byworkinginconjunctionwithotherofficerstoensurethatserviceactivitiescontainedwithinbudgetandmaintainingcosteffectiveness.
Toinvestigatevariancesandreportfindingstoseniormanagers
Toco-ordinatetraininganddevelopmentoffrontlinestaff
Toimplementbothcomputerandmanualcontrolsystemstoensureappropriateresourceallocations.
Tomaintaineffectivecommunicationswithinandoutsideoftheteamandtokeepthemanagersappraisedoftheoperationalandfinancialeffectivenessofserviceprovision. xwzovoh
