Our client is a well-established provider of hair restoration and transplant services. With a strong track record of delivering high-quality, natural results, they have supported thousands of patients in addressing hair loss and rebuilding confidence. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Registered CQC Manager to oversee clinical governance and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance across their clinics.
The Role
This is a key leadership position, responsible for maintaining compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards while supporting the delivery of excellent patient outcomes. The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience of CQC inspections, auditing processes, and healthcare governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) on behalf of the organisation
- Ensure full compliance with all CQC regulations, standards, and best practice guidelines
- Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and overall experience
- Lead preparation for CQC inspections, including audits and action planning
- Drive continuous improvement through effective clinical governance frameworks
- Oversee incident reporting, safeguarding, and complaints management processes
- Ensure accurate and compliant record keeping and reporting
- Support business growth while maintaining regulatory and clinical excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Registered xwzovoh Manager within a CQC-regulated environment is essential
- In-depth knowledge of CQC frameworks, standards, and inspection processes
- Background in private healthcare, surgical, or aesthetic settings
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive approach to patient safety and quality improvement
