Recruitment Consultant As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from business development to placing temporary and permanent candidates. Operating in a fast paced, target driven environment, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing existing client relationships, and delivering a high quality customer service. Your responsibilities will include: * Developing and building strong relationships with new construction clients * Manage and grow existing client accounts * Winning new vacancies * Sourcing, screening and shortlisting suitable candidates * Managing the full recruitment process from new vacancies to placements * Ensuring full compliance and documentation is completed * Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates About You: * Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (construction sector preferred) * Confident communicator with excellent relationship building skills * Target driven with a strong sales mentality * Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies and clients * Familiar with recruitment systems and compliance processes What’s On Offer: * Competitive salary & a rewarding bonus structure * 26 days holiday plus bank holidays.
