Piping Project Manager

What you'll be doing Lead the development of effective strategies and delivery plans for the SZC MEH piping scope.Develop and optimise project execution plans, schedules and estimates.Drive the adoption of modern methods of construction and off-site fabrication solutions.Support the integration of lessons learned from major nuclear and infrastructure projects.Lead and develop a high-performing team while working closely with senior leadership.Operate effectively within a complex matrix organisation involving multiple stakeholders and delivery partners.Influence key stakeholders across disciplines to achieve project objectives.Contribute to the wider strategy and output of the SZC MEH Alliance team Who we're looking for Essential Degree qualified in Engineering or equivalent.Proven track record of delivery within a high-hazard, highly regulated environment.Experience managing and coordinating major EPC contractors.Experience interfacing with multiple suppliers, stakeholders and technical disciplines.Strong experience developing strategies that support HSE risk reduction, schedule optimisation and cost efficiency.Knowledge of project risk management and mitigation planning.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Commitment to health, safety and environmental excellenceAble to obtain a security clearance Desirable Experience within the nuclear sector.Knowledge of EPR projects and major infrastructure delivery.Demonstrable application of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).Awareness of emerging technologies and innovations within construction and engineering Why work for us Day in, day out, our teams deliver some of the UK’s most ambitious, exciting and meaningful projects; developing, building and maintaining the vital infrastructure that supports national economies and strengthens communities.Why join us?As if contributing to and supporting work that makes life better for millions wasn’t rewarding enough, we offer a full range of benefits too.
