Maintenance Engineer

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Frome who is actively looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer t to join the team on a permanent basis.   What you will be doing: Reporting to the Lead engineer, you will be working within our FMCG production facility: Attend machine breakdowns efficiently and provide effective measures to ensure issues are resolved Carry out PPM, corrective and improvement actions on all packing and process machines Use continuous improvement techniques and best practice to improve machine efficiencies. Deliver and develop effective re-active maintenance, repairs & improvements To have overall responsibility for maintaining efficient operation of the process equipment To ensure that other than planned downtime the processing plant is available and running at optimum levels at all times.
