EMEA Head of Employee Relations & Policy

K&K Talents seeks an experienced Head of Employee Relations for the EMEA region, based in London. You will develop and lead ER strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with HR, Legal and business leaders to enable effective ER practices across multiple countries.

You will guide investigations, performance issues, and grievances while driving culture and values in a dynamic international environment. A strong background in labour law and stakeholder management is essential.
