Night Concierge

Our client is seeking a high calibre Night Concierge to join the team at a prestigious private residential development in Central London

Working Hours: 4 on, 4 off, 7pm-7am
£27-30,000 per annum
The successful candidate will be the professional face of the building - manning the reception desk, managing deliveries, overseeing building security and CCTV, conducting patrols, and providing a warm, helpful service to residents at all times.

Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting residents and visitors, logging parcels and registered mail, monitoring access and security, reporting maintenance issues, managing contractor sign-in, and participating in structured shift handovers. The role also requires active involvement in health and safety procedures including fire alarm response.

The ideal candidate:
Impeccably presented and professional at all times
Calm, alert and responsive - particularly in security or emergency situations
Naturally courteous, with a warm and helpful manner towards all residents
Reliable, punctual and conscientious about handovers and record-keeping
Comfortable working as part of a small team as well as alone
Attentive to detail and proactive about reporting issues
Previous experience in 5* hotels or top end xwzovoh luxury residential buildings.
