- Sittingbourne, Gillingham, Chatham, Maidstone, Rochester, Faversham £40,000
- £45,000 DOE Benefits: Weekly pay, Christmas bonus (subject to company performance), 20 days holiday BH, increasing to 25 days, company pension, training and career development opportunities, wellbeing & savings benefit platform.

Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join the team due to continued growth.

The ideal candidate will work as part of a small team in a friendly working environment and be responsible for the QC department of the business.

Role & Responsibilities: Implementation and adherence to all company and factory control procedures to ensure compliance with all HSEQ requirements Manage and support the development of the QC team Carry out root cause investigations using problem solving tools Drive continuous improvements to enhance quality Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or laboratory-based quality role.

Strong understanding of inspection, testing, and quality control methodologies including ISO 9001 and working with certified products Strong communicator and decision maker Excellent attention to detail with strong communication and reporting skills.
