Up to Mid £60's+ Patent Paralegal (12-month FTC) – Glasgow

A highly regarded Glasgow Law Firm has partnered with Dawn Ellmore Employment to recruit a skilled Patent Paralegal for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Intellectual Property team, where you'll play a key role in supporting a varied patent portfolio while benefiting from a welcoming culture and competitive package.

We're keen to hear from candidates with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Patent Paralegal or Patent Administration role, together with a CIPA qualification. The ideal applicant will be proactive, highly organised, and confident managing multiple deadlines in a busy environment.

The role will involve:

• Preparing, filing, and monitoring UK, European and international patent applications.
• Maintaining regular communication with clients.
• Handling foreign filing matters, assignments, and a range of patent formalities.
• Assisting with the day-to-day management of patent portfolios and ensuring records are kept up to date.
