Our client is a growing, market-leading engineering group operating across multiple sectors and is looking for a Customer Quality & Warranty Manager to take ownership of customer complaints, warranty claims and product quality. Customer Quality & Warranty Manager Permanent Dependent on experience Working hours – 40 hours per week Location – Gloucester   Customer Quality & Warranty Manager Job Description Manage customer complaints, product failures and warranty claims through to resolution. Lead root cause investigations and implement effective CAPA and corrective actions. Analyse warranty trends, field failures and complaints to identify recurring issues. Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Service and Supply Chain teams to improve product reliability. Monitor warranty costs, quality KPIs and cost of poor quality, driving continuous improvement.    Customer Quality & Warranty Manager Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Experience within manufacturing or engineering. Background in Customer Quality, Warranty, Quality Assurance or Product Quality. Strong experience with root cause analysis and CAPA. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
