Working as part of an established HR team to support leaders and employees across the business delivering specialist services across a range of commercial sectors to drive a positive and high-performing workplace culture. What’s on Offer? * 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays * Life Assurance x4 * Office Based, with occasional travel * Varied role, mix of strategic and operational responsibilities * Career development within a growing organisation What will you do as a Employee Relations Manager? * Manage ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance * Advise and coach managers on employee relations matters and employment law * Analyse ER trends and recommend improvements to policies and practices * Deliver training on people management, employee relations and workplace engagement * Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, wellbeing and retention * Assist with employment tribunals and other formal hearings. What do you need as an Employee Relations Manager? * Proven experience managing a broad range of employee relations cases. * Strong knowledge of UK employment law * Experience coaching managers and delivering ER training * Experience driving employee engagement or wellbeing initiatives * Experience working within a multi-site environment * Knowledge of organisational change, restructures or TUPE Job ID: 11087
