- 16.26 per hour About the Role As Head of Maintenance, you will ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for our residents and staff.
This varied role spans building maintenance, gardening, and groundskeepingmeaning you could be fixing a leaky tap one minute and planting bulbs the next.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day property, garden, and grounds maintenance.
Lead a small team and work independently when needed.
Support the General Manager with annual budget planning.
Liaise with external contractors for specialized projects.
Responsible for reporting and documenting H&S checks, Pat testing, fire alarms, flushing systems and Legionella Testing About You The wellbeing of our residents is your top priority, and you approach all tasks with sensitivity to their needs.
Requirements: Hands-on property maintenance experience with at least one core trade skill.
Reliable, flexible with working hours, and IT literate.
