Cleaning Operative Swindon £12.71 per hour Ongoing Work | Temp to Perm Opportunity Long-term opportunity Pin Point Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to join a busy commercial facility based in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous cleaning, housekeeping or janitorial experience looking for a long-term role with the opportunity to secure a permanent position. Duties: * Cleaning offices, staff facilities and communal areas * Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and dusting * Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables * Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly * Sanitising touch points and high traffic areas * Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site * Completing cleaning schedules and task records * Responding to reactive cleaning requirements as needed * Using cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively * Following all site health and safety procedures Requirements: * Previous cleaning, housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred * Good attention to detail * Reliable and punctual attitude * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Comfortable with manual duties including walking, lifting and bending * Good communication skills * Awareness of health and safety procedures * Knowledge of COSHH regulations would be advantageous Working Hours: * Early shift position * Monday to Friday * Ongoing work available * Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate Benefits: * Full training provided For more information or to apply, contact Pin Point Recruitment
