Senior Mechanical Project ManagerCentral London | Tier One MEP ContractorCommercial ProjectUp to 110,000 + TravelA leading Tier One MEP Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join their team and take a senior delivery role on a large-scale commercial development in Central London.This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically biased Project Manager with strong experience delivering major commercial projects and the ability to lead complex mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion.The RoleAs Senior Mechanical Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of the mechanical services package, working closely with the wider project team, client and supply chain.Key responsibilities will include:Managing the delivery of the mechanical services package from pre-construction through to completionLeading and managing Project Managers, Engineers and specialist subcontractorsTaking ownership of programme, budget, quality and commercial performanceCoordinating mechanical services with electrical, architectural and structural packagesManaging design development, procurement and installationWorking closely with the client, consultants and main contractorEnsuring works are delivered safely and in accordance with project requirementsManaging subcontractor performance and driving programme progressLeading project meetings and providing regular progress updatesIdentifying and resolving technical, commercial and programme issuesAbout YouThe successful candidate will ideally have:Significant experience as a Mechanical Project Manager / Senior Mechanical Project ManagerA strong background working for a Tier One MEP ContractorProven experience delivering large-scale commercial projectsStrong knowledge of mechanical building services and project deliveryExperience managing significant mechanical packages and project teamsExcellent communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skillsA strong understanding of programme, commercial and contractual requirementsIf you're an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking for a senior-level opportunity on a major Central London commercial development, I'd be keen to speak with you.Apply now or get in touch for a confidential discussion.Discipline(s): Building ServicesJob type: Permanent
