Facilities Coordinator - Central London We are looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to work within a commercial building in Central London. Start: 14/09/2026 Duration: Until the end of 2026 Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm 40 hours per week Umbrella PAYE: £25.25 per hour, PAYE: £19.25 per hour Must be paid via Umbrella PAYE - no CIS or Ltd Company paymentsResponsibilities: Support the Facilities Manager with day-to-day building operations Coordinate maintenance requests and reactive works Liaise with contractors, engineers and service providers Assist with PPM scheduling and monitoring Maintain facilities records, reports and compliance documentation Carry out regular building checks and report any issues Support health & safety and compliance requirements Respond to client and occupier requests and provide excellent customer service Assist with general administration and facilities-related tasksEssential Skills: Previous Facilities Coordinator / Facilities Management experience IOSH Good Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Good organisational and administrative skills Professional and proactive approachTech-People are a leading recruitment business within M&E and Construction.
